Vittox has zero tolerance for UBE/UCE (unsolicited bulk e-mail/unsolicited commercial e-mail). This policy protects our customers as well as the internet community from the negative effects of spam related activity. Vittox defines UBE/UCE as unsolicited broadcast or commercial e-mail that is sent to addresses that do not affirmatively and verifiably request such material from that specific sender.

1. Vittox customers, or any user of bandwidth and/or services on our network (herein described as "users") are prohibited from sending UBE/UCE. They are further prohibited from hosting sites on our servers which are advertised by, or referenced in, UBE/UCE. Users may be asked to produce records that verify that explicit affirmative permission was obtained from a recipient before a mailing was sent. Vittox may consider the lack of such proof of explicit affirmative permission of a questionable mailing UBE/UCE at its sole discretion.
   
   
2. Vittox customers are prohibited from maintaining open mail relays on their servers. Ignorance of the presence or operation of an open mail relay is not and will not be considered an acceptable excuse. Multiple infractions of this policy will result in a discontinuation of service.
   
   
3. Vittox customers will be notified in the event that they may be hosting sites listed as violators of the above policy. Again, failure to rectify such situations may be cause for termination.
   
   
4. Vittox customers are prohibited from providing hosting services for websites that have been involved in sending UBE/UCE or which have been advertised via UBE/UCE. Hosting includes, but is not limited to, hosting website(s), providing DNS services or providing website redirect services.
   
   
5. Valid complaints received by Vittox will be forwarded to the customer for a response and resolution. If the situation is urgent and the customer cannot be reached, Vittox may block traffic to and from the IP address or domain involved in the UBE/UCE complaint until the problem is resolved and preventative measures have been implemented to prevent the violation from recurring.
   
   
6. If Vittox receives repeat complaints indicating that a problem has not been resolved, Vittox.com reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel any and all services provided to the user.

General Conduct

Any service may be discharged without notice and unilaterally observe Sphere Hosting when used incorrectly, serious or repeated, services, contract or otherwise, without any right to full or partial refund of amounts paid for recruitment.

In particular, the failure of services will entail the suspension of service.

The use of services, contract or otherwise, to cause harm to others, be considered gross misconduct and therefore be cause for immediate suspension of service without refund of all or part.

Not accept the web hosting which content can be considered within any of the following categories:

1. Violent, sexist, xenophobic, libelous, discriminatory, sexual or engage in any illegal activity or advocacy.
   
   
2. Which are directly or indirectly related to damage to the environment or living beings.
   
   
3. Containing data of any kind are subject to copyright is not satisfied and / or whose disclosure is not legal.
   
   
4. Develop or give support to any illegal activity.
   
   
5. Sexual content, pornographic or adult content.
   
   
6. For other reasons are considered inadequate by Vittox Hosting.

Child Pornography

Vittox cooperate fully with any criminal investigation for violation of the Child Protection Act relating to child pornography. Customers are ultimately responsible for the actions of their customers through Vittox network, and be responsible for illegal content sent by its customers. According to the Child Protection Act, child pornography includes photographs, films, video or any other type of visual presentation that shows a person who is or is depicted as being under the age of eighteen years and is engaged in or is depicted as engaged in explicit sexual activity purposes. No credits will be issued for any interruption in service resulting from policy violations of the Child Protection Act. Which will be reported to the department of child protection.
