Uptime is a priority. We serve 4 levels of redundant monitoring on all our servers to maximize uptime of critcal services. When a service failure appears, instant notification goes to our staff, to the data center staff, and to an external monitoring firm, all of whom are authorized to fix the problem.

We expect customers to need assistance, and make every attempt to answer support requests in a timely, friendly, and helpful manner. We are happy to answer questions, help you move or upload your site, install scripts, and diagnose and fix scripting errors.

But we are mostly delighted to help your organization learning, enhancing and growing together as IT partners.

We are not the cheapest host. Many hosting companies nowadays sell below cost and then either go out of business, overfill their servers, or cut corners on service. While we try to keep our prices affordable, we charge enough to ensure that our business will be viable long-term, our servers do not need to be overloaded, and we can remain responsive to support requests.
